Jules & The Howl – In The End (2025)

Known for her powerful, dominating vocals and their hard-hitting rock music, Jules & The Howl are a prominent force of musical nature sweeping across the globe with a raised eyebrow, cheeky grin, and a glint in their eye, making you realise you are in for something fantastic. Unlike many artists who cross our virtual pages, reach our ears, charm us for a moment, but are then forgotten, Jules & The Howl are entirely unforgettable. Join us as we delve into their most recent release, ‘In The End’.

Following the well-received singles ‘Boys Club’ and ‘Bow Down’, ‘In The End’ is a bold concoction of alternative rock and pop-rock with classic rock tinges clinging to the edges. From the outset, Jules & The Howl immediately tug you into a kaleidoscopic sonic whirlpool with ‘In The End’. Daniel Jakubovic’s crashing drums rush past with a blazing red tail left in its wake; add the soaring guitars and bold bass with their shining green slices, and you can barely breathe – but a good breathtaking brush of music.

Recorded and produced with Rev. Tom Chandler and Ron Geffen, ‘In The End’ gleans with sophistication, but the distinctive, rugged, skin-tingling rawness sprinkles youthful exuberance across the track. For me, the exuberance is taken up a level by Jules and her rich vocals. Somehow binding everything with its bold execution, but retaining individuality as she slides across the track, Jules is the sound of a generation and never to be ignored.

Melodically, ‘In The End’ is an engulfing rush of sound; however, it is the lyricism that enhances its weightiness. Jules & The Howl explain:

“’In The End’ is an anthem about chasing down an oftentimes impossible dream, yet you keep going because deep down you know that this is what you were born to do… ‘In The End’ is the anthem you cling to while you’re deep in the trenches fighting for your dream.”
