Kelsie Kimberlin – Infinite Possibilities (2025)
With a reputation for strength, resilience, and using creativity to share not only a sound but a powerful message, singer-songwriter and filmmaker Kelsie Kimberlin is more than a voice on the radio. Advocating for the support of Ukraine, her music and upcoming film have used creativity to turn heads and bring acknowledgement to the fight in Ukraine; moreover, she has earned awards such as the United Nations Humanitarian Award for her efforts. Join us as we delve into her single, ‘Infinite Possibilities’.
The fifth single released in 2025, ‘Infinite Possibilities’ is a celebration of life stepping from the past into the present and preparing for the future. Produced with Liam Nolan (mixing), Greg Calbi and Steve Fallone (mastering), the track is a wave of wistful, whimsical, innocent folk-pop music. An acoustic performance with her father, the acoustic guitars lead the melody; however, the entwined strings and percussion enhance the languid sincerity of the song. Interestingly, while ‘Infinite Possibilities’ is a soothing, gentle melody, a sense of heart-pumping joy is veiled by the tender softness.
Melodically, ‘Infinite Possibilities’ is an exquisite wrap of honed folk-pop, but it is the lyricism and core theme expressed through the music that adds weightiness. Kelsie Kimberlin explains:
“I wrote this song to express the freedom I felt leaving my teenage years. When I was in high school, I questioned why there were so many restrictions and boundaries but, as I got older, I realised that they were there so I could grow up strong, beautiful and bold… this song, although autobiographical, is meant for everyone who opens up a new chapter in their lives unencumbered by the walls of the past…”
In addition to the single, Kelsie Kimberlin released an official music video for ‘Infinite Possibilities’. Featuring her father and herself, the video is an expression of love, camaraderie, and hope. You can view the video below and/or on Kelsie Kimberlin’s YouTube channel.
