After relocating from Russia to Argentina, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist VOVICIO began his new musical journey by joining, in his own words, the “band of Russian anti-war punk musician Dmitry Spirin as a guitarist and backing vocalist, recording two studio albums… that experience – and the chance to build a new life here – helped me rediscover my voice as a songwriter.” Binding elements of alternative rock and indie-rock with cinematic tones, VOVICIO shares his debut single, ‘Out Of Cage’. VOVICIO is not to be compared with acts like Hoobastank or Three Days Grace, yet there is the same power and hushed force we hear – no, feel – in their ballads. Moreover, the rich vocals capture a sophisticated charm while brimming with raw human emotion. Perfect, considering the theme of ‘Out Of Cage’ is brutally human. VOVICIO explains:
“’Out Of Cage’ is about breaking free from fear, pressure, and the invisible walls we build around ourselves. It’s a reminder that no matter how trapped you feel, there’s always a way out.”
