Through the popping tones of the single, she lets listeners know that it is okay to feel overwhelmed and the key is to remember that there is light at the end of the tunnel. While mental health is a major issue that is steadily getting more attention, the inspiration for this single was a little more personal. Through the chorus, you are filled with strength and power allowing you to take on the monster in your brain. The rap section is a great addition that brings you to the vivid lyrics painting the darkness everyone has in their minds. While the music hooks you to the beats, the vocals will have you singing out with RavenRain while she fills a balloon of positive energy in your chest.
