Luchino – My Whole Life (2026)

‘My Whole Life’ is the sweet, uplifting single from Luchino, who is a rising pop artist in a similar mould to Shawn Mendes and Justin Bieber. It is your quintessential radio-friendly track that is easy on the ear and deserves to do well.

This is the third release from Luchino, who creates music which is cinematic, intimate and universally relatable. He likes to blend soulful melodies with heartfelt storytelling and modern production. His music explores themes of love, heartbreak, self-discovery, and human connection, delivered through emotionally driven vocals and infectious hooks. ‘My Whole Life’ contains simple but celebratory lyrics about finally meeting someone who is ‘the one’. “Your love is my drive, don’t need nothing else / No smoke and mirrors / I can be myself / You got me sold / And I don’t usually sell” is a fine example of the positive lyrics on display here.

The track possesses elevating electronic effects over a pulsating drumbeat. It’s a gorgeously cute pop song and is very well produced. Luchino gifts us with a nice vocal delivery, and there’s a lush use of piano. In my opinion, the track has shades of ‘As It Was’ by Harry Styles and ‘Closer’ by The Chainsmokers featuring Halsey. Luchino describes this track: “It reflects that rare moment of meeting someone who feels so familiar, as if you’ve known them your whole life, even though you’ve just met. At its core, it’s about finding that one person you’ve always been hoping to meet“.

Luchino’s previous two singles, ‘Care’ and ‘State Of Mind’, are further indications of the quality this up-and-coming artist has at his disposal. ‘Care’ has sweet keys, lush acoustic guitars and effects. While ‘State Of Mind’ has a great rhythmic drumbeat and lush looped acoustics. There’s more of a passing nod to ‘Sorry’ by Justin Bieber, and it also has its own club mix that works really well.

Luchino can deliver well-crafted, feel-good pop songs, and with ‘My Whole Life’, he is continuing to build some momentum.
