Alessi is an alternative artist from London. Her releases have won acclaim and support from Gary Crowley and Robert Elms at BBC London, Cerys Matthews and Steve Lamacq at BBC 6, Tom Robinson at BBC Introducing, John Kennedy at XFM, WFMU, DubLab, and KEXP. The previous LP Love Is The Currency was warmly welcomed by MOJO, Guardian, Line of Best Fit, Clash and The 405. Now she has released a new single called ‘Sacred’.

The track starts off with gentle guitar riffs and beautiful vocals before a gentle drumbeat starts. It’s a soft rock song that has a lot of catchy riffs. It’s about love, she sings about meeting their bloodline and then meeting hers. She sings about reminiscing about summer and laying by the fire. It sounds like it’s a very heartfelt song and she has a lot of feeling in it. The music is a blend of catchy guitar riffs and some strong bass chords.
